Returns Policy


In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are not what you expected, you must return them to us in an unused, sealed, and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging. You must notify or inform us of your wish to return the items within 24 hours of receipt of order if damaged, faulty or do not comply with the contract in any way. All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receipt. With your order you should have received a returns form , which you will need to complete and return with your items.

Please note that items can only be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are unused sealed and in their original packaging and have all of the original barcode tags intact, so please don't remove them if you're thinking of sending them back! Any boxes, containers, labels, seals and shrink-wrap must be intact and clothing, shoes and accessories must have labels or tags attached (please do not put tape or labels on the goods packaging). If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may be forced to decline your exchange / refund request. Without a returns slip we will be unable to process your return. If you provided your email address at time of ordering, we will be send you an email to notify you of receipt of your returned goods.

Please note that not all of the items for sale at The Whisky Mob Ltd are new and in some cases will have been purchased at auction, or from other sources. Product images on the website are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not be exact representations of the item in stock, particularly for antique and/or discontinued products, which may not be in 100% perfect condition. Please also be aware that batch numbers, vintages and bottling dates may be subject to change. If this happens, we will do our best to inform you before the item is shipped.

Please be aware if goods returned are not received in their original condition an exchange or refund may be declined and you may be liable for a re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods.


You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained.

For all returns, please follow the following instructions to ensure that products are received in perfect condition and your returns can be processed quickly:

  1. Return a copy of your invoice to us with the items that you are returning highlighted. Please note the quantity and reason(s) for return against each item on your invoice.
  2. Alternatively, you can download, print and complete our returns form and include it in your parcel*
  3. Please ensure to pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging to prevent possible damage while in transit and include the completed invoice or returns form
  4. Fix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other address labels are shown.


All Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and we will notify you by email to confirm when this has been completed. Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with full requested information. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us(as we do not offer free returns) and any item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.

REMEMBER we are unable to process any returns/exchanges without an original order number and returns form. Failure to provide the requested information may cause delays in dealing with your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
